A Teacher for the Fae

I went up into Oregon's Coast Range Mountains today to take photographs of two sacred sites for the Old Ways site. On the way up the Nestucca River Valley, I stopped the car in the middle of the one-lane, dirt mountain road to take the following photograph...
The road leading to the site where I undertook my first vision quest.
...which I was happy enough with that I used it for the header in the
Pathwork portion of the site.
I also returned to the
old quarry, the very first sacred site that I worked with and where I learned massive amounts about my path. To make a long story short (I'll write the long story up and add it to the
Through the Lens portion of the site), I was offered the opportunity to work with the fae, teaching a new generation how to interact with us mortal types.
It was with a great deal of excitement that I stood in the quarry and spoke my acceptance. My goal is to go up on Mondays while the kids are in school (as long as the weather holds) to work with them. I'll be sure to share the experience here in Old Ways.
